Satisfaction Policy
We offer a 10-day Satisfaction Policy. Our Terms are simple: You must be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a "100% NO QUESTIONS ASKED" 10-day return policy. A reason is not required, but will be appreciated. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Terms and Conditions governing transactions on freakystamps.com are set forth as follows:
When 'Checking Out' you will have the option of paying by credit card, personal check, money order or PayPal. Credit card and PayPal orders are shipped within 24 business hours of order. Orders placed with personal check will be shipped within 24 business hours of check clearing by our bank. Orders payed with money orders will be shipped within 24 business hours of money order receipt.
Stamps purchased with personal check or money order will be reserved and not available for sale for two weeks after purchase confirmation. If payment is not received in two weeks the stamp(s) will be available for sale.
We DO NOT store or record credit card data.
Lots delivered in the State of TEXAS will be subject to state sales tax.
Shipping charges will be added to invoices for lots delivered by mail or express service. We ship only to United States addresses.
Items are offered subject to prior sale. In the unlikely event an item is offered on freakystamps.com and is sold prior to updating the web site, the buyer will be promptly notified and an immediate credit or refund as appropriate, will be processed. We strive to keep the website updated and only rarely will a stamp that is listed as available, indeed be already sold. Upon registration, we collect your name and e-mail address. When you buy something from us we collect your address, telephone number. Information about your collecting habits and interests is stored when you sign-up for our Hotlist feature.
